1. day 

Pickup from the airport Kualanamu in Medan with private car,

ca. 4 hours drive until Bukit Lawang. The first night you spend in a guesthouse in Bukit Lawang. (Junia Guesthouse, if available)You get to know your guide for the jungle trek.

2. day

At 9.00 am, getting ready for the jungletrek. After breakfast, your guide picks you up at your guesthouse, and you go trekking for 2 days / 1 night in gunung leuser nationalpark.

1 night in the jungle camp.

3. day

After breakfast in the jungle camp you can rather decide hiking again for about 3 hours, walking to the waterfall or just relax at the campsite. After lunch, you come back to Bukit Lawang by traditional tube rafting. One more night in your guesthouse in Bukit Lawang.

4. day

At 9.00 am starts the tour to the elephants in Tankahan. The drive goes offroad about 2 hours. You can stop several times on the way to enjoy the nice view and make pictures. Inclusive lunch in Tankahan and washing the elephants in the river.

Optional Elephant trekking , ca. 1 hour  ( extra 60,- Euro per person )

Driving back to Bukit Lawang in the late afternoon. One more night in your guesthouse in Bukit Lawang.

5. day

Transport from Bukit Lawang back to the airport or to your hotel in Medan by private car.

Price per person : 290,- Euro ( Minimum 2 people )

                  -  Trekking 2 days / 1 night , food during the trek, entrance fee for the national park,                         English-speaking guide, traditional tube rafting
